We work with a wide range of materials including aluminium, stainless steel, tool steels, titanium, copper alloys, and engineering plastics. Our EDM and grinding capabilities also allow us to process hardened and exotic materials with high precision.
Depending on the process and material, we regularly achieve tolerances of ±0.005mm on CNC machined parts and ±0.002mm on EDM components. Specific tolerances can be discussed based on component geometry and inspection requirements.
